This project, done for an agency's client in Rochester, NY, is a two-fold rack brochure describing in detail who is mandated to report child abuse in New York State, how those reports are processed and what a mandated reporter needs to know before he calls in a report. Its purpose is to help prospective mandated reporters understand the process better.
